Witnessing Change

I sat behind these folk at the ELCA churchwide assembly this summer in Minneapolis. It felt surreal to witness them visibly processing the event, the changes of the churchwide vote upon homosexual ordination/etc. I loved how their body language attests to their relationship as something key in the way they navigated their way through these unfamiliar waters.
